One of the goals of Front Porch AF is to share ways we can make a positive difference in our world. We may all have different opinions and beliefs and ways of doings things, but one thing we can agree on is that we are all in this together. The links we share here are just the beginning. National: FIVE CALLS
5 CALLS makes advocacy accessible by making it easy for you to reach your members of Congress and make your voice heard. They research issues, write scripts that clearly articulate a progressive position, figure out the most influential decision-makers, and collect phone numbers for their offices. All you have to do is call. 5calls.org
Tennessee: TENNESSEE EQUALITY PROJECT
The TEP works for the equality of LGBTQ people in Tennessee. When you sign up, you will get an email with campaigns to take action on bills moving through the legislature that week. They provide a quick-fill-in form and make sure the message get sto *your* state representatives and senators. Easy peasy. TNEP.org
National: FIND & CONTACT CONGRESS
Just type in your address to get the names, emails, and telephones of Senators and Representatives. Most have fill-in forms for emails right on their web pages, and phone numbers for both national and local offices. Congress.gov
